Design ultra-durable display glasses and low-loss electronic packaging glasses with tailored hardness, transparency, and dielectric properties.

Amorphous materials pose unique multi-objective challenges. We will release an open, DOME-compliant glass benchmark dataset to the community.

Target KPIs

  • Vickers hardness exceeding Gorilla Glass 6 (>8 GPa)
  • Thermal shock resistance ΔT > 200°C
  • εᵣ 3–4 with tan δ < 0.001 at 10 GHz
  • >10× time-to-discovery reduction vs manual DoE
  • Open glass benchmark dataset (compositions + properties)

Validation: WP13 (definition) → WP14 (in-silico screening) → WP15 (experimental validation). Reports published as D14.x and D15.x deliverables become public.
